Accepted Payment Types
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We also accept Paypal. PayPal also accepts credit card and e-check payments for non-account customers. Please keep in mind that if you choose to pay via e-check, your order will not ship until the payment has cleared (typically about 4-7 days).
Our Standard Flat Rate Shipping charges are $11.95 and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which typically arrives in 1-3 days from leaving our facility. Expedited Shipping charges are $54.95 and will be shipped via USPS Express Mail which typically arrives in 1-2 days from leaving our facility. For larger orders, other arrangements will be made.
For US Shipping:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is ready to leave our facility.
For INTERNATIONAL Shipping:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship our orders via USPS Priority International Mail. You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is ready to leave our facility. We cannot track your international package and we cannot be responsible for any lost shipments in transit. If you wish your items to be traceable, please contact us for a shipping quote from UPS or FedEx.
Please note that the USPS does not consider a package as being lost in transit until it has spent at least 30 days in transit here in the US or 45 days in transit if it was shipped internationally. If you think your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us right away and we will do our best to find the whereabouts of your package. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged. If you would like insurance on your package, please let us know at the time of your order.
We take time and effort to inspect all of our products before we ship them to you and we are very thorough in packaging our items for a safe delivery. However, if you have an issue with any of our products upon arrival, please Contact Us immediately after you receive your items. We will do our best to resolve any problem that may occur. Please keep in mind our products are from nature. Each product/piece will display its own natural characteristics. Please visit our FAQ’s page for more specific information.
We always recommend testing a couple pieces to make sure our products work for your project prior to ordering larger volumes. Order quantities over 25 pieces are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We will gladly accept returns, refunds or exchanges on defective products if we are contacted within 2 days of the delivery date. In order to receive our full return, refund, and exchange promise, all products must be returned to us in the original packaging and in an unused, unaltered condition within 5 business days after contacting us. Please return your items to us with a copy of your original invoice in a prepaid and traceable manner (USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx, etc) to guarantee shipment tracking and a safe delivery of the returned goods. We will review the products that are returned prior to issuing any refund or exchange. Original Order Shipping Charges will not be refunded. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the returned products.

There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders, larger volume orders with quantities greater than 25 pieces, remnants and closeouts. All sales are final.
